I have to weigh in before the first class of each week.
- Gym: 183.6 lbs, 19.9% body fat
- Home: 181.6 lbs, 23.5% body fat
Already I see some improvement from my first weigh-in, having just done the diet for a few days. Body fat was 20.8 so I am down 0.9% body fat just by eating better. Arguably I am down 4lbs but I was not wearing my lighter gym gear so not sure how much to account for here.
Still some discrepancies between home and gym. Weight difference makes sense since I have clothes on in the gym. Body fat must be the sensitivity of the device? Ultimately I don’t care which is correct as long as I see improvement, especially in my before and after photos.
