My supplements came in last night so I will ease into them today. I already took just one AM Burn as suggested by my fellow challenge takers since some had adverse effects with jumping into the full dose right away. I took it with a lot of water since that helped others handle it. Apparently, if you don’t take enough water you can get stomach cramps and discomfort. They should really suggest this on the bottle!! It’s already past lunch and I feel fine so I guess tomorrow I will try the proper dosage.
These are the supplements I got:
- Pre-Step 1 & 2 – “Increase Endurance. Increase Motivation. Increase Focus. Get More Reps. Speed Up Results. Dominate Your Workout.”
- Burn AM – “Boosts Fat Melting Metabolism. Protect Muscle Mass. Maximize Muscle Building. Get More Reps. Go Longer. Go Harder.”
- Burn PM – “Naturally Increase Fat Burning. Decrease Appetite. Increase Energy. Decrease Fat Storage.”
- Intra – “Recover Faster. Decrease Soreness. Increase Muscle Tone. Decrease Fatigue. Improve Mood.”
Intra and maybe Pre-Step 1 are the only ones I would have normally entertained, but since I am breaking the mold of my routines and choices I am entertaining this mix. I won’t be doing Pre-Step 2 since it’s basically a caffeine kick. I don’t think that will be of value to me. But I will research it more when I have time.
