So the novelty of the class is waning with the start of week 2, and I am still feeling a bit hungry. The humidity, gloom, and coming rain are not helping my motivation either. I find myself running through various excuses and I am using my tried an true “trick” of telling myself, “Just start the workout. You can always stop if you need to and it always goes fast.”
I was going to save my protein shake until after class, but I’m not liking the hunger sensation. I guess I could have done half now and half later but I already mixed it.
