- Home: 176.8 lbs, 22.5% body fat
Since the start, this is the progress:
- Gym: -7.5 lbs, -1.7%
- home: -4.8lbs, -1%
Pretty close differences. Keep in mind in the gym I was clothed and sweaty since there was a line for the scale before class.
I think I can see it already in my face. My pants are definitely looser, some needing a belt.
