My calendar can get rather full during the day so I took advantage of some cancelations to try a 1:00pm class so I could socialize after work. I am torn on whether I prefer that vs the classes after work. Having to change clothes before and after, rushing to get lunch in, and stressing that I can leave on time to make the class due to last moment chaos at work are all downers. I returned in top form, but after 4pm I was pretty tired. I am not sure if that is more since I have been consuming less caffeine or just post workout mellowness.
Still, I think I may try to catch the occasional afternoon class when time permits. This brings me to a point that was bugging me before this 6-week challenge: Can I squeeze in regular gym time during the day? I think I can since most workouts I know (Tactfit, Gold Meda Body, even the main part of the KMA challenge) is around 30 mins. So, in theory, I can work out and get back during my lunch hour.
