First (Little) Badge of Honor

Posted on June 25, 2019June 26, 2019 by John

Not much to see really. Just some breaking in of my hands while my gloves break in, but man, my hands hurt.  Between playing with my Century Bob XL and a lot of punching practice last night in class, my hands are pretty stiff.  I think the main reason is I am hitting harder now that I am sorting out my form.

I have to admit, punching is very therapeutic, and a surprisingly good workout on its own.

(For the record my knuckle hair is not that dark!  I think the zoom and lighting accentuated it.)
