Wow, time is flying.
Here are the stats as of Monday:
- Gym: 180.6 lbs, 18.9% body fat
- Home: 176.2 lbs, 22.0% body fat
Since the start, this is the progress:
- Gym: -7lbs, -1.9%
- home: -5.4lbs, -1.5%
Progress is starting to slow and steady out. Not sure if I will meet my -4% if this plateau continues and I choose not to fixate on it. I am eating healthy and exercising regularly. Ultimately my body will respond how it will respond.
