- Gym: 179 lbs, 18.3% body fat
- Home: 175.4 lbs, 21.8% body fat
Since the start, this is the progress:
- Gym: -8.6 lbs, -2.5%
- home: -6.2 lbs, -1.7%
My app for home says since start I an down 9 lbs and 2% body fat but I started tracking my home stats a little later so they don’t seem as in sync. I’m not in the mood to revisit the data and will sort that out at end of the challenge. Point here is to show progress. The gym stats are what my trainers use to hold me accountable.
