I do not doubt I could survive taking classes every day, but since I am trying to give my all, I do feel the next day I need a little recovery time. This week, since I pushed my Monday class to Tuesday, that meant today would be the first time I did two classes in a row. I’m definitely feeling a bit drained tonight, and I am happy I kept on track with the challenge despite the setback with my back.
I can’t believe I am almost done with week 4. Just two more weeks! I’m not sure why I am celebrating since I was planning on setting some new and more aggressive goals and keep on at least until I burn through the $600 deposit funds, which is around 12 weeks of unlimited class access. Only difference is I can have a cheat day (or was it meal?) and if I cheat more then I need to come in for an extra class to work it off. (Then again, I plan on doing that 10 minute intense HIIT routine on my off days which also burns through calories and leave room for a second cheat meal on weekends. The reality is I love trying new restaurants and foods so want to do that at least once a week, and I love Dim Sum which I have every week to every other week.
It’s getting easier to say on the diet plan when I eat out, which is nice.
