Well I DID meet my goal and win the challenge! But I fizzled documenting it and may have lost my notes. Here are notes I have offhand to at least show my success in this endeavor, tho that victory is bitter sweet given I lost some of the context of what I was experiencing at the time.

Logged in the scale’s app thru Sept 9th (2019) consistently then fizzles to less frequent checks. Screenshots saved in case I decide it is worth adding here.
I wish I had been tracking things since I see a huge sudden change! Most of August up to 8/19, I was fluctuating between 165 and 168, then suddenly on the 20th I was 163.6 lbs! Did I take a massive poop or something?? (Maybe I started measuring my weight at a different time?) Since then I have fluctuated between 163 and 165lbs with my lowest being a one time 162.2 on 9/27. As of today, 11/20, I am 163.6lbs.
1:1 Training
At least 7/5-8/30 (2019) I was training 1:1 with Adolfo every Friday. Fizzled after that.
I was doing the KMA classes twice a week regularly thru 10/25 after which I put it on hold to search for something different, perhaps kick boxing, while working out on my own at the gym. As of today I am still considering a few kick boxing places but their session times are not very convenient and most are just for cardio with less focus on the actual martial applications. What I would like to find is something that does real sparing and focuses on the martial applications. Sparring is quite the workout in itself!
