Weight: 177.6 lb, so lost a pound basically.
Diet going well. I do feel a little sluggish at times, like when hiking or before bed, but nothing horrible really. Worst of it was maybe thursday, I could not stay awake to my usual bed time and went to bed early a few times this week.
I did notice I was drinking a lot of milk since I was making “golden milk” since I wanted to consume more turmeric. So I decided to get a Curcumin supplement that includes black pepper which helps the body make use of it much better. That will help on my keto since milk has lots of sugar and could be holding me back, I also switched to heavy cream and a little macadamia nut milk for my tea.
