I have noticed something interesting with hunger. When it gets close to a meal time I habitually start to prepare food and I find myself questioning, am I really hungry? For me this is especially curious since I am always hungry and snacking. “Second breakfast” as long been a thing for me. But now I start to wonder if I need to even eat breakfast. I do worry if I try skipping it I will get a headache since in the past that was a common problem for me when I missed breakfast.
So for now I will try weening off by making bullet proof tea (I don’t like coffee). It certainly seems to hold me over until lunch to say the least! First time I made it I did not care for it – seemed very greasy, but now I toss it in my bullet blender and it gets nice and frothy and easier to drink. Still, I don’t like the way my lips feel greasy when I drink it.
