TMI but something I should record. I recall reading this was something that can happen and it seemed to creep up on me. I started taking an electrolyte drink since that is supposed to help with retaining liquid. I have also been waking up with dry mouth. With keto, electrolyte imbalances can happen since the body retains less liquids without the carbs.
So adding electrolytes is not a bad idea in general.
Weigh in was 177.2 lb. UP a pound. I seriously wonder how much of that is poop!!
