I am finding that bullet proof tea as breakfast is no longer needed so starting tomorrow I am going to try skipping it. I feel I am forcing myself to finish it and I just feel it is too greasy. I rarely have a desire to snack between meals so snacking is pretty much non-existent outside of some tea which is more habit than anything else.

I am looking into intermittent fasting for any ideas but really my body is already telling me I can cut breakfast.
