Wow been a week already – time flies when one is busy!
So I have not been having breakfast and mostly I get by until lunch without hunger. Even when I DO get hungry it passes quickly with a drink of water. Sometimes I make some matcha green tea but mostly my first tea/caffeine is after lunch! What a change in routine for me!
My mind feels more clear which is a perk of keto and I see I have lost a bit of weight since last week!
I am not 173.6 lb!
I even go on hikes while fasting and I have the energy. I still have that sense of a slow steady burn but I am at 90% or more. So clearly I am adapting.
