I have been doing really well with keeping to my diet – or should I say life style. But I had a guest over and it was perfect weather for Chinese hotpot. Technically I stuck to safe options but the I used a packaged broth which was high in carbs (I did not drink it but I did cook my food in it). Also the fish balls had no ingredient list so they MAY have had some carb fillers. Otherwise it was all meat and veggies so all good.
I gained a pound so it still may have been enough to knock me out of ketosis.

No regrets. I am not worried about the rare cheat day. I don’t even consider it a cheat. Just a treat. Plus it is not a bad idea to have a little more than usual with carbs perhaps once week so my body can still process carbs efficiently when it has to.
