Seem to be stuck in that 174 lb range still even with the fasting and keeping to keto-safe foods. I think I may be eating more protein than needed which may add to that. Anyway, not really worried about it since I am not fixated on weight. Its just the easiest way to gauge progress.

I do think now that my energy levels are back up to speed – actually better than before I startled keto! So it may be time to add exercise to the mix here. I have been hiking a lot but I’d like to recover strength and agility I lost some of while working from home.
