Well I have been dragging my legs on this, but now that my energy level on keto has stabilized it’s time to start exercising regularly again. Last time I did the krav maga fitness thing which was pretty extreme, like a boot camp. It certainly worked but since then I have learned that much effort is not necessary to get the results I want. So I am going to ease into this and focus first on mobility since I have definitely lost some range of motion being sedentary since the pandemic began (outside of my hiking).
I chose two things:
- Intuflow, which I use as a warm up
- GMB’s Elements program as the workout.
Both are all about functional mobility. I have quite a few of the GMB programs so maybe I will work through them, although I may mix it up with some HIIT workouts.
First workout went well and I did it in the morning without breakfast or tea. I thought that would be a problem but it was not! I definitely feel a bit crusty from my sedentary ways tho.
