I have not been able to get below 170lbs after hitting it on 12/18. I pretty much hovered there except when I jumped to 171 after a cheat(ish) meal just before Christmas with a visiting friend. Today I weighed in at 169.2 lbs,
I am not really fixated on my weight since the important thing is adopting sustainable healthy habits/lifestyle, but since I had begun my workout routine on the 18th, the plateau seemed weird. Must be all the muscle I am building. yeah, let’s go with that. Muscle weighs more than fat after all.
I also still tend to eat more protein than I probably should but for now I am ok with that!
