Had dim sum in the city today. I don’t like to think about cheat days. To me, I call them a treat day. They are infrequent and I have no reason to feel guilty when I am treating myself responsibly.
Still, I picked items that were mostly keto friendly, perhaps dirty keto with one exception of the egg custard tarts I love so. That has sugar for sure so this was my first sweet since I started keto. It was glorious.
Walked over 24,000 steps so perhaps that will help reduce any weight gain, tho again, I am not worried about that. Still, I think I will weigh myself over the next few days out of curiosity of how my body will respond to that. I read it’s good every few months to shift off keto to a low cab or other healthy diet so I may want to think about that soon.
