I wish I had weighed myself before I left the house yesterday so I had better accuracy. This is what I have:

Amazing what a little sugar and carbs can do. This is with all that walking too. Well, I’m not stressing it. I will try to check weight daily for a few days just to see how my body responds. Will it go up again today before starting to decline? Outside of some tea with a little cream I won’t eat until noon. I do plan to take a walk or a hike today and I already did my workout.
