Was a busy week at work with a massive transition starting this week. I kept to diet, and pretty much kept to workout with maybe a day missed. Missed a few Wim Hof breathing and showers.
First weigh-in in several days but looks good: 164.4, down 2lbs since the 28th!
This week I started the GMB Mobility program since I have been wanting to work on my flexibility a bit. So I aim to do that right after my Elements workout since I am warmed up. Hips as usual showing need for work. I am going to note some very specific movements or poses I struggle with and take photos so I can compare later. MAYBE I will add them here – not keen on compromising photos.
Car in the shop so not sure how much walking I will get in this week. We shall see. Not safe to walk on busy road near my house. I did do some snow shoeing on sunday – what a workout! But so nice to be in a track of woods with no other footprints but mine.
