I did it! Finished the 42nd and final session. I though I had one more so this was a surprise. I have done this program before but always cut out around the second or third week. I admit it sometimes gets boring, or at least does not excite me at times. Partly it is because of the challenge.
So now what? I think there are two areas that need some work before I move on to their Vitamin program: Strength and Flexibility. I am already doing the flexibility program so I will start the GMB Integral strength program. After that I can jump onto Vitamin. Will see how I feel after the strength work. One suggestion from GMB was to alternate elements with strength or another program. I actually like that idea so will aim for that.
Oh, interestingly I weighed myself after breakfast and was up to 166.2 from 164.4 from the 2nd. Not sure why. I have been snowed in so not walking much even tho I work out in morning. Or perhaps I snacked a bit more?
