So close!

Posted on March 2, 2022March 2, 2022 by John

Random weigh-in: 162.8lbs.  So close to be ultimate pre-pandemic low when I was doing the KMA workouts (162.2lbs).  Nice.

I still have a little flab which makes me wonder what my ideal weight goal should be.  I was 155lbs before I started high school but I was also not in super shape (as in, I walked all over the place but I did not exercise so low upper body strength outside of what youth offers).  So is 155 a healthy goal?

I guess if I continue to eat well and exercise I will naturally settle into some sort of ideal weight?

For now I think the goal is not a number but when I can’t pinch so much loose skin.  I want to be toned I guess.

Another option is my subcutaneous fat level that I get via my scale?  I am currently just over the border from normal (I am 17% and standard caps off at 16.7). So that is my next measurable goal.

My weight seems to also but just within normal  so I do want to move closer into that to not be on the edge.

Another is body fat %. I am 19.2%  which falls under “acceptable,” if I get below 17% I would be “fitness”

Finally my metabolic age is 51 which is lower than my chronological age (53) so I would love to get that below 45!
