I had an arbitrary stretch goal of 155 lbs and I just made it at 154.8 lbs thanks to mix of good diet and daily exercise, and restricted-time meals (twice a day). So what next? I am hesitant to set a WEIGHT goal. Maybe body fat % or something?
Plant-based diet going well. I still have some eggs an goat cheese to use up, as well as some butter. Also at some point I need to decide what to do with the frozen sausage and steaks. I hate to toss it so I will likely treat myself once a month? That should have little impact on me.
While I am aiming to ultimately cut out oil, I see there are vegan butters that are I guess ok in moderation for days I want to treat myself.
Starting to explore recipe ideas since I have a habit of eating same combination of ingredients which may get boring. Lots a great ideas to try including nice looking oil-free dressing recipes.
