172.0 lb. Looks like steady progress, especially since I have been intermittent fasting with 2 meals a day, skipping breakfast.
Plateau?
Seem to be stuck in that 174 lb range still even with the fasting and keeping to keto-safe foods. I think I may be eating more protein than needed which may add to that. Anyway, not really worried about it since I am not fixated on weight. Its just the easiest way to gauge progress….
